Description
BLOOD PRESSURE HERBS (maintains healthy blood pressure)
Activates and levels blood pressure in a healthy way.
Blend:
• Elecampane root
• Wormwood
• Viola tricolor
• Shepherd’s purse
• Calamus root
• Flaxseed
• Rowan
• Hawthorn
• Sarsaparilla root
• Elderflower
Usage:
Pour boiling water over the mixture (one tablespoon per cup) and let it steep for 10 minutes. Drink warm to cool, three times a day, in small sips.
