Description
NETTLE- LICORICE TEA
Nettle is bactericidal and therefore very suitable for infectious diseases. The leaves are also suitable for diarrhea or other digestive disorders, and the tea is not only blood-purifying and detoxifying but also hemostatic and mildly diuretic. Nettle tea is very rich in vitamins and minerals and is a good tonic, even for cancer. Additionally, it is very suitable for fatigue and lethargy, anemia, hay fever, and allergies to food. It is a general cleanser. It also helps with high blood pressure and diabetes. It contains histamine, accelerates digestion, aids in weight loss, and soothes hives, rheumatism, gout, joint inflammation, and edema. It improves blood circulation. Besides iron, nettle also contains calcium and silicon, and the tea is also suitable for brittle nails and osteoporosis.
Blend:
• Nettle
• Licorice
Usage:
For shortness of breath: Boil the roots or leaves and add honey or sugar (or Stevia) and drink some throughout the day. You can also gargle with it for swelling in the mouth or throat. Diuretic and lactogenic infusion: Let 5 grams of dried leaves steep in a cup of boiling water and drink it throughout the day. It also expels stones and grit, and stimulates menstruation. Nettle ointment for rheumatism: Melt Vaseline in a bain-marie, add young nettle tops, let it sit for 24 hours, strain, and put it in a jar.
• Let the tea steep for 7-10 minutes, no longer, as it will become bitter.
Warning:
Do not use licorice when suffering from high blood pressure!
