Description

GREEN TEA
The tea has been known since ancient times for its health-promoting and life-extending properties. The health benefits of green tea have been empirically proven over the centuries. Because green tea is not fermented (fermentation process), all natural substances are preserved. As a result, green tea is still full of valuable substances. Below, you will find a list of some of these substances, although many more have been found in the tea plant: provitamin A, vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B12, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin D, carotene, calcium, chromium, iron, potassium, cobalt, copper, manganese, magnesium, molybdenum, sodium, nickel, phosphorus, tannin, theobromine, theophylline, selenium, strontium, and zinc.
Furthermore, green tea contains many different amino acids (proteins) and catechins. Research has shown that the tea is a rich source of selenium. Some studies indicate that the mortality rate from cancer is lower in people with higher selenium levels in their blood. Many of the other substances in this tea are also important for general well-being. By searching for the individual substances on the internet, for example, using keywords like “selenium and cancer,” one can learn a great deal more about them. People with impaired sugar metabolism need chromium, and manganese is important for protein metabolism and blood sugar levels. Zinc is also essential for a well-functioning immune system.

Usage:
6 cups daily as a minimum.
