Tea for Inner Peace and Clarity from the Heart
A good tea to drink when you want to meditate or are looking to relax while, for example, doing yoga.
This tea, in all it’s simplicity, does wonders for the heart chakra, creating better “Alignment”.
Herbs, with their subtle support, reach the finest/smallest details: we still do not know a great deal about herbs and their influence, also on our emotions and the ‘subtle body’.
That is not a problem for now; herbs will increasingly find their place in our ‘New’ Lives. In other words, the importance of herbs in our daily lives will become more widely recognized in this New Era, the Era of Rebirth = ‘Revisiting’ yourself.
There is no limit to the intake of this tea; drink as much as you feel is right for your body.
As long as man is in Conflict with Earthly Existence, the Heart will benefit from the support this tea provides.
Not very suitable for children under the age of 10; a cup every once in a while will do no harm but continuously drinking it is a bit too much at a young age.
Even though this tea is very mild, it is a powerful tea that can greatly benefit humanity.
Usage:
Add 1 tablespoon of herbs to a tea filter and add this to a big mug of boiled water.
Or, for a normal sized/small mug, use 1 teaspoon instead.
Steep for no longer than 3 minutes and remove the herbs.
Try to avoid drinking after 8pm, this tea has a diuretic effect on the body and may disrupt your night’s rest.

• Jasmin (flowers)
