Description
HIBISCUS
Hibiscus has a bitter and sour taste similar to cranberries. Many studies have been conducted on this plant, showing that drinking hibiscus tea can provide many health benefits! Hibiscus has long been used in various tropical countries for high blood pressure. This is one of its most impressive and well-known benefits. Besides affecting blood pressure, hibiscus tea can also lower blood lipid levels. Additionally, hibiscus contains many polyphenols, substances with strong anti-cancer properties, and it can help combat bacterial infections.
Drinking hibiscus tea can promote liver health and assist in weight loss and protection against obesity.
Usage:
Let this tea steep for 5 minutes. For a cold version: let it cool in the refrigerator.
Tip:
Try adding honey, agave syrup, or some lime juice for variation and a less bitter and sour taste!
Warning:
