JASMINE
Calming, antiseptic, and an excellent natural fragrance! You might not expect jasmine in the kitchen, but it is quite common. In Asia, jasmine flowers are used in desserts. Additionally, the (dried) flowers are used in Chinese tea, giving it a strong aroma.
Jasmine tea possesses many of the same health properties as green tea and has an enchanting fragrance that relaxes and calms the mind. It strengthens the immune system, improves digestion, and prevents tooth decay and cavities.

Due to its uplifting and relaxing properties, jasmine is also highly valued in aromatherapy.
Properties of jasmine tea:

• Emotionally stabilizing

This flower can be used for flu, colds, headaches, migraines, facial pain, nerve pain, paralysis, and rheumatic complaints, and it contains indole alkaloids. Jasmine is effective for neurological disorders such as multiple sclerosis. Jasmine can also be used for conditions such as fibromyalgia and Parkinson’s disease.
