Lime (linden) Blossom

Description

LIME (LINDEN) BLOSSOM
Linden blossom is a wonderfully fragrant herb that tastes reminiscent of honey. Active ingredients: volatile oil, mucilage, tannin, flavonoid pigments, manganese. Linden blossom is calming, antispasmodic, sleep-inducing, emollient, diaphoretic, and heart-strengthening.

Usage:
External Use: In baths (calming), for couperose, skin, skin spots, eyes and vision, rheumatism, wrinkles, nervousness, sleep, hives.
Internal Use: For anxiety, heart palpitations, headaches, indigestion, gout, liver issues, stomach problems, nervous breakdown, colds, flu, edema, kidney ailments, epilepsy, migraines, obesity, hay fever, stomach issues.
Infusion: 20 grams of linden blossom in 1 liter of boiling water, steep for 10 minutes.
Face water for couperose and against wrinkles: 40 grams of linden blossom in 1 liter of boiling water, steep for 10 minutes, apply, rub in well, and massage the skin to ensure the solution penetrates well.
For inflamed eyelids: Dab the eyelids with a decoction of 50 grams of linden blossom in 1 liter of water, simmer gently for 10 minutes.
