MENSTRUATION HERBS
To promote a normal menstruation.
Blend:
• Bistorta
• Yarrow
• Elder root
• Centaurium
• Horsetail
• Oak bark
Usage:
A week before and during your period, drink one cup of tea in the morning on an empty stomach before breakfast, and one cup in the evening before going to bed. For premenstrual problems, start 14 days before your period and drink 2 cups both in the morning and evening.
