KIDNEY HERBS
To relieve the kidneys.
Blend:
• Horsetail
• Cherry stems
• St. John’s wort
• Polygonum aviculare/common knotgrass
Usage:
2 cups an hour after every meal.
Tip:
Use the kidney tea together with a diuretic or water retention tea to relieve the kidneys even more.
