PALO SANTO (HOLY WOOD)
Palo Santo has been used for hundreds of years by Shamans in Peru and Ecuador. They use it in various ceremonies, rituals, healing, and purification sessions. They treat this Holy Wood with great respect, meaning they only use the wood they find on the ground for these purposes.

Usage:
Palo Santo is used in different ways.

Purification: It is used to cleanse the environment of negative influences, negative feelings, and other negative forces. Another application is repelling insects.
– Light the end of the stick and let it burn until you see the core glowing.
– Blow out the flame so the wood starts to glow and smoke. The magical Palo Santo scent is now released. You can place the stick on a burner, abalone shell, or a fireproof dish. If the stick goes out after some time, repeat the process.

Palo Santo as Tea:
– Grate the stick with a nutmeg grater.
– A teaspoon is enough for a cup of tea. It purifies the blood and makes the body less attractive to mosquitoes. Plus, it tastes great!

House Cleansing:
– Light a piece of Palo Santo, let it glow, and place it in an abalone shell.
– Walk with the shell to all corners of the room.
– After the ritual, close the door of the room. Doing this daily will bring warmth and peace to the space.
