ROSE PETALS
In the Middle Ages, the rose was primarily used as a medicinal herb. It helps combat infections, calms the nervous system, and cleanses the kidneys and bladder. The rose also strengthens the body and soothes the skin. Due to its calming effects, rose water is often given for heartache. This powerful flower can also be used in the kitchen, such as rose water for flavoring sauces and cakes.

Usage:
Steep the rose petals for about 7-10 minutes. You can drink this tea throughout the entire day.
You can brew tea, possibly in combination with green tea at a 50/50 ratio, but the combination with mint is also very tasty: then use 75% rose petals and 25% mint leaves.
Delicious in salads.
Taking a bath with them can also have its benefits! In this case, it is recommended to soak the petals in lukewarm water for half an hour beforehand and add the entire mixture to the bathwater.
