MUCUS-DISSOLVING OR RESPIRATORY HERBS
This tea is intended for people with respiratory problems, COPD, and respiratory issues caused by trapped mucus. It provides better airflow due to its airway-cleansing and mucus-dissolving effects.

Blend:
• Butterbur
• Mallow
• Plantain
• Licorice
• Marshmallow leaf
• Marshmallow root
• Hyssop
• Poppies

Usage:
For shortness of breath not caused by trapped mucus: one to two cups at the moment of shortness of breath.
Recommendation: use in any case before going to sleep to help you sleep more easily.
For trapped mucus: drink one to two cups an hour after the meal. Then steam.
For steaming: use three tablespoons per liter of boiling water.
For tea: use one teaspoon per cup. One tablespoon per pot. Let it steep for 7-10 minutes.

Tip:
During an asthma attack, a cup of coffee without additives is often enough to help you breathe again.
