Description

ELDERFLOWER TEA
Tea made from the flowers strengthens the immune system. Cooked berries, as well as the blossoms, boost metabolism and are used to treat sciatica and rheumatism. Elderberry syrup is good for the throat during a cold. It helps to reduce fever during the flu.

Usage:
Let elderflower steep for 5-7 minutes to use as tea. If you want to use elderflower as syrup or cold lemonade, we recommend letting it steep for 15 minutes. There is no need to use sweeteners or sugar. Use one teaspoon for a cup and one tablespoon for a pot.

Tip:
Elderflower tea can be steeped briefly in water and filtered to make a lemonade that is refreshing and diaphoretic; it also works positively for colds and respiratory congestion. This tea is especially recommended for hay fever patients.

Warning:
We want to remind you that YOU are responsible for taking care of the health of your own body (and mind) at all times. Use this tea as can be found in the description; herbs can have a certain effect on the body, therefore use them carefully. This herbal tea is not a replacement for medicines. If your physical complaints, of any kind, continue to persist, make an appointment with your doctor (again) and let yourself be examined.

Quick reminder:

A tablespoon for a pot
