Description
MENOPAUSE HERBS
Greatly reduces the fluctuations of the body’s hormonal balance during menopause. Supports the body during this time, thereby lessening the negative effects of menopause.
Blend:
• Shepherd’s purse
• Valerian root
• Nettle
• Horsetail
Usage:
5 cups throughout the day. For severe menopause symptoms, this can be increased to 10 cups. Let steep for 5-10 minutes as needed.
